About the Role

Turn SME-provided content into clear, engaging learning experiences. You own the storyboard, structure and visual direction – SMEs provide the subject matter; you decide how it should look, flow and be remembered. This is not primarily a content-writing, graphic-design or eLearning-development role.

What You’ll Work On

· Storyboard eLearning modules and videos screen-by-screen – visuals, on-screen text, narration, interactions and timing.

· Break complex SME content into logical, learner-friendly chunks and screen-level treatments.

· Decide what should be shown, narrated, animated or made interactive – based on the learning need, not decoration.

· Translate concepts, processes and scenarios into scenes, diagrams, infographics, wireframes and clear visual briefs/prompts.

· Work closely with SMEs, graphic designers, animators and developers; review execution to ensure the storyboard is delivered faithfully.

Who We’re Looking For The essentials

· Strong instructional design fundamentals – chunking, scaffolding, cognitive load and learner flow.

· Proven eLearning/video storyboarding experience; portfolio/work samples required.

· Strong visualization ability and quick conceptual grasp – able to turn unfamiliar,



text-heavy content into accurate screen concepts.

· Working knowledge of Storyline/Rise or Captivate – enough to design feasible interactions and brief developers.

· Comfortable with PowerPoint or equivalent tools for wireframes, mock-ups and storyboards.

· Clear written/verbal communication and ability to write precise visual briefs.

Helpful, but not essential

· Video/shot-composition basics and familiarity with AI image tools/prompting.

· BFSI/corporate learning experience or hands-on authoring/development exposure.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Instructional design or storyboarding or learning design : 1 year (Preferred)
