- Manage end-to-end installation and execution of interior projects
- Lead and coordinate installation teams, carpenters, contractors and site supervisors
- Ensure projects are completed within quality, cost and timeline requirements
- Plan manpower and installation schedules based on project requirements
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, Vendors and Site Teams
- Monitor site progress and resolve installation-related issues
- Ensure proper installation as per approved drawings and specifications
- Conduct quality checks and ensure TTS standards are maintained
- Manage vendor/contractor performance and productivity
- Handle site escalations and ensure timely closure
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to management
