REQUIREMENT

Age Group upto 35 Years (Male Candidate)

Good Personality & presentable

Valuable Communication & Presentation Skills

Excellent Command over the local language of the state

Well versed skill set for approaching & handling customer

Prefer localites or from nearby cities

Self-motivated, sincere & committed to deliver the results

Smartphone is a must have

Personal Vehicle - Two Wheeler Mandatory

Responsible for installation of Broadband connection at residential & commercial complex

Responsible for installation, shifting, reactivation, speed / technology upgradation for broadband / DTH & surveillance customers in the defined area





Ensure timely installation along with Quality workmanship

Ensure full satisfaction of customers in terms of installation of Broadband Connection

Adher to Standard operating procedure (SOP) & Processes laid down .

Respond immediately for Installation request generated by Sales team & ensure

Ensure the productivity as per the defined criteria & ensure delivery of KPI as per defined targets

Maintain desired /defined ettiquettes at the time of visit to customer premises

Identify improvement areas & devises corrective measures

Contionously devise ways to improve customer experience
