Inside Sales Specialist

Location: 100% Remote India

Shift: 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM IST

Employment: Full time

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to support our business growth by identifying the right prospects, generating qualified leads, and creating new revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and target the right companies and decision-makers.
- Conduct market research and prospecting to identify high-potential leads.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and other sales channels.
- Connect and engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and identify revenue-generating opportunities.
- Qualify prospects based on business needs, decision-making authority, and potential opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and introductions for the sales/business development team.
- Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline information in CRM systems.




- Work closely with the sales team to support lead conversion and revenue growth.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
- Strong experience identifying ICPs, target accounts, and decision-makers.
- Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication, research, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, lead qualification, and revenue generation.
- Highly proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Must be comfortable working the 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST shift.
