Role & responsibilities

Inside Sales

- Research companies and identify potential business opportunities in the US market.

- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting methods.

- Qualify prospective customers by understanding their business requirements.

- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team for further engagement.

- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Customer Engagement

- Communicate professionally with prospective customers.

- Build positive relationships with potential clients during initial interactions.

- Understand customer needs and effectively communicate PalTech's service offerings.

Market Research & CRM

- Conduct market research to identify new prospects and business opportunities.

- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM systems.

- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.

- Track outreach activities and maintain data quality.





Learning & Development

- Participate in training programs related to Inside sales, IT Services, sales techniques, and customer communication.

- Continuously improve communication, presentation, and Inside Sales skills.

- Work closely with mentors and managers to achieve individual and team goals.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2026 batch graduates

- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Positive interpersonal and presentation skills.

- Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.

- Willingness to work in the night shift supporting the US market.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

- Ready to give a commitment of 18 months.
