We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Representative to generate leads, connect with potential customers, and support the sales team in achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound/inbound calls to generate leads
- Understand customer needs and pitch products/services
- Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships
- Prepare and share quotations with clients
- Update data in CRM and coordinate with the sales team
Requirements:
- Positive communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment
