Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and presenting suitable construction and housing solutions. The role includes qualifying and nurturing leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, coordinating with project and design teams, and supporting the sales cycle from initial inquiry to closure.

Qualifications

- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into qualified opportunities.
- Commitment to Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, including clear communication and follow-up.
- Experience in Account Management, maintaining relationships and tracking ongoing customer needs.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Comfort working with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple leads, and meet sales targets.
- Prior experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
