Big Leap Digital Services Pvt. Ltd. is a B2B marketing agency helping manufacturing and industrial brands generate qualified leads and grow their digital presence.
We are looking for a target-driven Inside Sales Manager to generate leads, manage prospects, and drive client acquisition for our digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Calling and converting the inbound leads through ads , emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify leads, understand requirements, and schedule client meetings.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Present digital marketing solutions and handle client queries and objections.
- Prepare proposals and quotations and support negotiations and deal closure.
- Maintain CRM records and track calls, leads, meetings, and conversions.
- Coordinate with marketing and account management teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Proven experience in lead generation, outbound calling, and B2B sales.
- Solid communication, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Experience selling digital marketing or agency services is preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated with good CRM and MS Office knowledge.
