Position: Sales Executive – Chemical Imports, Indenting & Trading

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

We are an established international trading company headquartered in Singapore, with offices in India, dealing in petrochemicals, solvents, and speciality intermediates.

We are seeking a motivated sales professional with hands on experience in CHEMICAL INDENTING AND CHEMICAL TRADING, particularly in the Mumbai market.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop sales opportunities for imported chemicals through indenting and trading.
- Manage existing customers and build relationships with chemical manufacturers, distributors, and end users.
- Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up to close orders.
- Coordinate with customers, and internal operation teams to support timely order execution.
- Track market prices, customer requirements, and competitor activity.
- Follow up on payments and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in chemical indenting and/or chemical trading in the Mumbai market.
- Direct experience selling petrochemicals,



solvents, or speciality intermediates.
- Sound understanding of indenting transactions, import procedures, pricing, payment terms, and trade documentation.
- An established network of chemical buyers and industry contacts in Mumbai will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, customer relationship management, and business development skills.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a team.
- Diploma or higher qualification in Science, Pharmacy, Business, or Marketing.

- Working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday Compensation: Attractive salary package plus sales commission
