We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Online / Inside Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, lead generation, or online sales. The candidate will be part of our Online / Inside Sales Team, responsible for generating, nurturing, and converting customer enquiries into jewellery sales through calls, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:-

· Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, online enquiries, customer databases, website leads, and digital campaigns.

· Make regular calls to prospective and existing customers to understand their jewellery requirements.

· Understand customer preferences, jewellery type, occasion, budget, and purchase intent.

· Convert customer enquiries into online jewellery sales through effective communication and follow-ups.

· Share jewellery catalogues, product details, pricing, offers, images, and videos through WhatsApp and other digital channels.

· Confidently arrange and conduct video calls with customers to showcase jewellery products, explain product details, demonstrate designs, and assist customers in making purchase decisions.

· Follow up consistently with interested customers and move them through the sales process until conversion.

· Handle customer queries related to products, pricing, availability, offers, delivery, and purchase process.

· Re-engage old customers, inactive leads, abandoned enquiries, and previous prospects to generate repeat and current business.

· Coordinate with the showroom sales team when a customer prefers an in-store visit.

· Coordinate with the operations, billing, and sales teams to ensure a smooth online order process.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, orders,



and conversions in CRM/Excel.

· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.

· Prepare regular reports covering calls made, leads generated, follow-ups, appointments, online orders, and sales conversions.

Required Experience:-

· 2–3 years of relevant experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, online sales, lead generation, or customer conversion.

· Proven ability to generate, qualify, nurture, and convert leads through telephone and digital communication.

· Experience in selling products/services through phone calls and WhatsApp is preferred.

· Strong follow-up and customer-conversion skills.

· Experience working with CRM, Excel, customer databases, or lead-management systems is preferred.

· Required Skills :-

· Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

· Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.

· Good sales pitch, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.

· Strong follow-up discipline and target-oriented approach.

· Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products.

· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/Excel.

· Comfortable using WhatsApp for customer communication and sales follow-ups.

· Telugu, Hindi, and English communication skills preferred.
