We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales professional with strong experience in ERP / SaaS / Enterprise Software sales. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, qualification, product pitching, pipeline management, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify B2B leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable ERP solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and online demos for prospective customers.
- Manage the complete inside-sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Work closely with Field Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and Implementation teams.
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity information in the CRM.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Track competitor offerings and market trends.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales.
- Prior experience selling ERP, SaaS, Enterprise Software, or IT solutions is preferred.
- Strong experience in lead generation, qualification, prospecting, and conversion.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Experience handling mid-market and enterprise customers is an advantage.
