We are looking for an Inside Sales & Marketing Content Executive who can manage customer enquiries, support sales conversions, and create engaging marketing content for Edsmart’s preschool learning products. The role combines inside sales, customer communication, and basic Canva-based design work.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers, following up on leads, preparing product presentations, and creating simple, attractive content for digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales & Customer Handling

- Handle enquiries from schools, distributors, dealers, and other customers.
- Explain Edsmart products, pricing, and key product benefits.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales team to close orders.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records.

Canva & Marketing Content Creation
- Create easy marketing creatives using Canva.
- Design product posts, promotional banners, WhatsApp creatives, and basic presentations.
- Prepare content for Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.
- Create product highlights, feature-based content, and promotional messages.
- Adapt existing designs into different sizes and formats.

Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.




- Support the creation of landing page content and promotional material.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign requirements.
- Collect customer feedback and identify common product enquiries.

Reporting & Coordination
- Update daily lead, enquiry, and sales follow-up reports.
- Track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for order-related requirements.
- Support the team in achieving sales and marketing targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; marketing or business background preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, customer support, or marketing.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Kannada; other regional languages are an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and creating social media content.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Good follow-up skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in B2B sales, education products, or e-commerce is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
