Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining surveying instruments and related solutions, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, online platforms, and other sources.
- Understand customers' requirements related to surveying instruments and equipment.
- Explain product features, specifications, and suitable solutions to customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
- Experience in inside sales, telesales, telecalling, business development, or a similar role will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn can also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work with sales targets and regular follow-ups.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English communication will be an added advantage.
