Role Description The Inside Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The role involves responding to inbound inquiries, making outbound calls, and guiding potential customers through ParaFit India’s diet plan offerings. The coordinator will handle order processing, maintain accurate records in the sales system, and follow up with customers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Daily responsibilities include addressing customer questions, coordinating with nutrition and operations teams,



and supporting sales targets through effective communication and customer-focused service. The role requires consistent collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated Inside Sales and order processing skills, with the ability to manage leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Strong customer service and customer satisfaction focus, with experience handling customer concerns and providing solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, including transparent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Basic proficiency with CRM or sales management tools, and comfort with spreadsheets or order tracking software.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in inside sales, customer support, or a related role; experience in health, fitness, or nutrition services is an advantage.

- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
