Role Description The Inside Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information to customers, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem solving.

Job Summary





- Assisting customers via email / Phone on topics ranging from price quotes to design ideas
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Work on generating inquiries, coordinate and follow up with leads till final sales closure

Qualifications

- Freshers can apply / 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience (Preferred)
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

- Perks Salary : Rs.18,000 to 25,000/- + Incentive
