Essential Job Functions:

- Infrastructure support (Dev, Integration, MO, MT, Staging and Production).

- Support intechnologies like Pega, WebSphere application, Client,LDAP,WAS,JBOSS, Apache, Nginx

- Support any recent tools and product support require by business (Ansible, Instana etc).

Provide

Infra SLA support for Sev1, 2, 3, 4.

- Provide RCA’s for Sev 1 and 2 with outages.

- Provide Infrastructure and patch upgrades.

- Team support various platforms as AIX(Unix), Client(Linux).

- deployment support Mon-Fri for application related code deployments.

- Provide for any special deployment request on Saturday.

- Provide Infrastructure deployments

- Provide support for currency projects (upgrades thru CR process).

- Provide RFS, CSR and build support for new infra.

- Provide Disaster recovery and Testing support (once a year).

- To maintain re-cycle scripts extra to upkeep the environments.

- Support the current roster and the shift plan

- Open PMR’s and work with Product teams for Product level issues, fixes.

- Participate in Change Management meeting, SWAT calls and Special Load calls (on needbasis).





- Disaster Recovery exercise is not part of the cost case.

Qualifications

- Total Years of Experience: 4-5 Years.

Relevant years of Experience: 3-4 Years.

- Mandatory Skills : Primary : WebSphere application, Client, LDAP,WAS,JBOSS, Apache, Nginx .

- Alternate Skills : Secondary : DataPower, MQ Brokers, MQ Appliance.

- Primary : WebSphere application, Client, LDAP,WAS,JBOSS, Apache, Nginx Secondary : DataPower, MQ Brokers, MQ Appliance

- Middleware team provides
