This role requires working closely with users and clients to identify and resolve issues efficiently, whether remotely or onsite. The practitioner ensures smooth operation by adhering to established procedures and operating models, maintaining service stability, and providing consistent, high-quality support across various technology platforms and environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Document and escalate complex issues to higher support levels when necessary.
- Assist in monitoring infrastructure health and proactively identify potential risks.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO Administration.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting middleware environments.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring and incident management processes.
- Ability to work with various operating systems and network configurations.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline support tasks.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in TIBCO Administration.
- This position is based at our INDC1A - NON-STPI location.
