- Azure Open AI Development - Design, Develop and deploy AI solutions utilizing Azure OpenAI Service, Integrating models like GPT 3.5/4 with other Azure services·
- LLM Prompt Engineering - Develop and refine prompts for various LLM applications, implementing advanced techniques (Eg. Chain-of-Thought, RAG) to optimize Performance·
- Python Development - Write clean, efficient, and production-grade Python code for AI model development, data processing, and API integrations using relevant libraries·
- Troubleshooting & Optimization - Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to AI model performance, accuracy, and resource utilization, including complex LLM debugging·
- Testing & Quality assurance - Design and Implement comprehensive testing strategies for AI models and applications, including unit/integration, and end-to-end testing with automated suites·
- Collaboration & MLOps - Collaborate with cross functional teams, adhere to MLOps principles for model lifecycle management, and champion responsible AI practices

Essential Skill: ·

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, building and deploying intelligent systems·
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure OpenAI service,



including API Integration and model development·
- Robust practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering·
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, including experience with relevant AI/ML libraries·
- Proven experience in developing robust testing capabilities for AI models and applications, including automated testing·
- Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience deploying applications on Azure · Experience building and deploying multi-agent systems.·
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning, control theory, or planning algorithms.·
- Familiarity with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.·
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).·
- Contributions to open-source agentic AI projects.·
- Understanding of webhooks, APIs, and integration patterns for external tools.

Desire Skills : ·
