Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Infor CPQ Architect with strong expertise in designing, implementing, and integrating Infor Configure Price Quote (CPQ) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with product configuration, pricing, quoting, business rules, and integration with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect scalable Infor CPQ solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Lead end-to-end CPQ implementation, configuration, customization, and integration.
- Develop complex product configuration models, rules, constraints, and dependencies.
- Configure pricing, discounting, promotions, and quotation workflows.
- Integrate Infor CPQ with Infor ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and other enterprise systems.
- Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective CPQ technical solutions.
- Define application architecture, integration patterns, data flows, and technical standards.
- Troubleshoot CPQ configuration, integration, performance, and production issues.
- Provide technical guidance to developers and CPQ implementation teams.
- Participate in solution design, code/configuration reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.




- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions follow security, scalability, performance, and maintainability standards.

Required Technical Skills

Infor CPQ

- Robust hands-on experience with Infor CPQ.
- Expertise in product configuration and modeling.
- Strong knowledge of configuration rules, constraints, dependencies, and validation.
- Experience with pricing, quoting, discounting, and quote management.
- Experience designing complex CPQ solutions for enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of CPQ implementation lifecycle.

Integration
- Experience integrating Infor CPQ with ERP/CRM/eCommerce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP/Web Services, XML, and JSON.
- Experience with enterprise integration and middleware technologies.
- Knowledge of data mapping, transformation, and integration error handling.

Technical Skills
- JavaScript / scripting experience.
- C# / .NET exposure is preferred.
- Strong SQL and database knowledge.
- Understanding of cloud-based enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of authentication and API security.

Architecture
- Solution Architecture / Technical Architecture.
- Microservices and API-based architecture.
- Enterprise application integration.
- Performance, scalability, logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
