Role Summary

Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager

Experience: 3–4 Years

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager with a strong agency background and a proven track record of planning and executing successful influencer campaigns across Lifestyle, Skincare, Health, Wellness, Entertainment, and Travel categories. The ideal candidate should possess excellent influencer relationship management, campaign execution, negotiation, and analytical skills, along with the ability to identify and nurture high-performing creators across platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities1. Influencer Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

- Plan, strategize, and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across Lifestyle, Skincare, Health, Wellness, Entertainment, and Travel categories.
- Identify, onboard, negotiate, and manage influencers across all tiers (Celebrity, Macro, Micro & Nano).
- Execute brand campaigns for product launches, awareness initiatives, seasonal campaigns, referral programs, and creator collaborations.
- Collaborate with agencies and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Develop influencer acquisition and retention strategies while maintaining robust creator relationships.

2. Influencer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators across Lifestyle, Beauty, Skincare, Health, Wellness, Entertainment, Travel, and Fitness niches.
- Identify emerging creators and recommend talent aligned with brand objectives.
- Evaluate and strengthen influencer partnerships based on campaign performance and business goals.

3. Campaign Performance & Reporting

- Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, views, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain detailed records of influencer databases, campaign deliverables, budgets, and performance reports.




- Present campaign insights and optimization recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Track weekly and monthly campaign targets to ensure successful execution.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Industry Insights

- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging digital creators.
- Work closely with content, creative, brand, and client servicing teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Contribute innovative campaign ideas and creator strategies aligned with client objectives.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of influencer marketing experience, preferably with a digital marketing or influencer marketing agency.
- Demonstrated experience managing campaigns across Lifestyle, Skincare, Health, Wellness, Entertainment, and Travel sectors.
- Strong network of influencers across Instagram and YouTube.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills with the ability to maximize ROI.
- Strong understanding of influencer analytics and campaign reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred

- Experience working with beauty, skincare, wellness, lifestyle, healthcare, travel, or entertainment brands.
- Existing relationships with influencers and talent management agencies will be an added advantage.
