Are you always discovering new creators on Instagram and YouTube and curious about how influencer marketing can drive business? Join us as an Influencer Marketing Intern and help us grow our influencer affiliate program.

What you'll do:

- Discover and identify relevant creators for our affiliate program across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
- Reach out to creators and onboard them onto the affiliate program
- Build and maintain relationships with affiliate creators, keeping them engaged and active
- Coordinate product seeding, creator communication, links/codes, and other day-to-day requirements
- Track creator activation and performance, and identify creators with the potential to

scale
- Support experiments to improve creator acquisition, activation, and overall affiliate

performance




- Stay on top of emerging creators, content trends, and whats working in the influencer and affiliate space

What we're looking for:

- You spend a lot of time on Instagram/YouTube and have a strong understanding of the creator ecosystem
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills youll be speaking to creators every day
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable with outreach and follow-ups
- Comfortable working with basic data and trackers
- Hustler mindset you enjoy finding new creators, reaching out, and getting things done
- Prior exposure to influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or sales is a plus, not a must
