We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and manage our exclusive creator network across South India.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and onboard new influencers and content creators.
- Build strong relationships with creators and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Convert potential creators into exclusive talent partners with JST Growit Digital.
- Manage creator communication, onboarding, documentation, and requirements.
- Coordinate with brands and creators for influencer marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate creator collaborations, deliverables, and commercials.
- Develop and maintain a strong database of influencers across different niches.
- Track creator performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Work towards expanding our exclusive talent network across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala,



Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, or digital marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and the creator ecosystem.
- Ability to build relationships and onboard talent.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
