: Influencer Marketing Intern

About the Role

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern who understands the creator ecosystem and enjoys discovering, connecting with, and working with influencers.

You'll work closely with the marketing team to identify relevant creators, reach out to them for collaborations, and coordinate product integrations within their videos and content. From finding the right creator to getting the content live, you'll get hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns end to end.

What You'll Do

- Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Reach out to influencers for product integrations, branded content, and campaign collaborations.
- Build and maintain an active database of influencers across different categories and audience segments.
- Coordinate with influencers and talent management agencies on campaign requirements.
- Share campaign briefs and clearly communicate product messaging, deliverables, and timelines.
- Work with creators to ensure the product is naturally and effectively integrated into their videos/content.
- Follow up with creators regularly to ensure campaigns and content go live on time.
- Coordinate internally for content reviews, approvals, product information, and campaign requirements.
- Assist in negotiating commercials, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights.
- Track campaigns from outreach negotiation confirmation content approval publishing.
- Monitor influencer content and maintain campaign trackers.
- Track basic campaign metrics such as views, reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions.




- Research emerging creators, trending content formats, and influencer marketing trends.

Requirements

- 0 to 1 year of internship or work experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and the influencer/creator ecosystem.
- Confident in reaching out to influencers through email, DMs, calls, and agencies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid relationship-building and coordination skills.
- Good research skills and ability to identify creators relevant to a brand and its target audience.
- Comfortable maintaining trackers using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Organised and able to manage multiple influencer conversations simultaneously.
- Solid follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

- Previous experience coordinating with influencers or talent management agencies.
- Familiarity with influencer discovery and campaign management tools.
- Experience using ChatGPT or AI tools for creator research and campaign ideation.
- Basic understanding of influencer metrics such as engagement rate, reach, views, CPM, CPV, and conversions.
- Understanding of creator commercials, content usage rights, and collaboration models.
- Existing understanding of creators across finance, lifestyle, business, tech, or related categories.
