As part of this dynamic environment, you'll gain cross-disciplinary exposure to a wide range of applications within the platform and work on industry-spanning projects. Many engagements involve direct interaction with customers, giving you valuable insights into real-world industrial processes, product development, and digital transformation journeys. You’ll be empowered to solve complex challenges and bring digital twin solutions to life across diverse sectors worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on global projects to build Digital Twins of products or plants across industries.
- Develop hands-on expertise with applications available on the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.
- Understand customer business processes and requirements to design and implement tailored solutions.
- Configure and demonstrate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and global clients to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Continuously learn and apply new skills in Knowledge-Based Engineering, design automation, and digital manufacturing.
- Be prepared to travel internationally to support project activities on-site.

Qualification

- 5-7 years of experience in using tools like CATIA, DELMIA
- Know-how of DELMIA Digital Manufacturing concepts and workflows
- Knowledge of creating MBOM, Process Plans and Work Instructions using DELMIA
- Knowledge of using Factory Flow Simulation,



on 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, for optimizing throughput of a production line by evaluating effect of changes in factory layout, number of resources, number of equipment etc.
- Knowledge of doing Offline Programming & Robotic Simulation using DELMIA
- Knowledge of doing Ergonomic Analysis using DELMIA
- Knowledge of Virtual Commissioning , PLCs using any Process Simulation Tools is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Time & Motion study would be an added advantage
- Hands-on or conceptual experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform is a strong advantage.
- Working knowledge of a scripting or programming language.
- Robust analytical thinking to understand customer processes and craft effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, a learning mindset, customer focus, and readiness to take initiative.
- Engineering degree (any discipline), with the ability and willingness to work independently, travel globally, and adapt to new challenges.
