Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Support the month-end and year-end closing process.

- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.

- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance processes.

- Prepare account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

- Analyze financial data and prepare MIS reports for management.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely financial reporting.

- Assist during internal and statutory audits by preparing schedules and documentation.

- Support process improvement and finance automation initiatives.

- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and other finance-related tasks as assigned.

Eligibility:

- Pursuing the Chartered Accountancy (CA) course and eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines.

- Strong academic record with a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.

Required Skills:

- Good understanding of accounting, finance,



and financial statements.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).

- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is an added advantage.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Eagerness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
