In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities As an Industry Consultant for Insurance, you will guide insurance organizations through modernization journeys by aligning business strategy with digital capabilities. This role involves leveraging industry acumen to drive business outcomes, with a focus on improving customer engagement and implementing data-driven risk assessment models.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Aligning Business Strategies: Align business strategy with digital capabilities across underwriting, claims, and policy administration to drive modernization journeys.

- Driving Automation: Leverage industry acumen to drive automation and improve customer engagement.

- Implementing Risk Models: Implement data-driven risk assessment models that foster resilience and competitive advantage.
