We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Industrial Sales Engineer with knowledge of welding, cutting & grinding equipment and fabrication industries. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling premium industrial products/equipment to corporates, MNCs, and large manufacturing companies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with corporate and industrial customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable industrial equipment and solutions.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation, customer visits, quotation, negotiation, and order closure.
Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business and new projects.
Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to ensure smooth customer support.
Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular sales reporting.
Required Experience & Skills
Basic knowledge of cutting equipment and fabrication industry – Mandatory.
Experience in B2B/industrial sales.
Experience selling to corporates, MNCs, or large factories.
Experience selling premium or imported industrial equipment will be an added advantage.
Candidates from Equipment Maintenance/Service backgrounds looking to move into sales may also be considered.
Positive communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Not Suitable For
Candidates primarily selling consumables to traders/shopkeepers.
Candidates with experience limited to low-value/Chinese products / equipment.
Candidates who have worked only with MSME customers and have no corporate/large-industry sales exposure.
Ideal Candidate: A technically strong, commercially driven professional who can build long-term relationships with corporate and large industrial customers and effectively sell premium industrial equipment.
Pay: ₹14,363.59 - ₹40,000.00 per month
