Key Responsibilities:

1. Agency for Specialized Monitoring (ASM) Audit

- To monitor the actual operations (production/ supplies etc) vis--vis projections.

- Verification of high value transactions/payment as regard beneficiary and purpose

- Ensure compliance of applicable rules and regulations.

- Assessment of financial information

- Cash Flow monitoring

- LC/BG & Stock Audit of different clients across the country

2. Techno Economic Viability Report (TEV)

- Evaluate the technical aspects of projects, including technology, infrastructure, and operational processes

- Analyse economic aspects, including cost structures, revenue projections, market demand, and financial modelling.

- Gather data from relevant stakeholders, industry reports, technical specifications, and financial records.





- Perform cost-benefit analysis and sensitivity analysis to assess project feasibility under different scenarios.

- Prepare detailed TEV reports, including an assessment of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks (SWOT analysis).

3. Develop Banking & Lenders relationship

- Maintain existing relationships of the company with Bankers in the Maharashtra & Gujarat Region

- Create and liaison with current Private and public sector lenders in Mumbai region for new business opportunities
