- DNAC. Knowledge and understanding for UTM/ATP features. Knowledge and understanding for IPS/IDS. Knowledge and understanding for F5 Load balancer (LTM and WAF). Knowledge and understanding for Proxy solutions such as (WebSense &
- Bluecoat). Knowledge and Hands on experience for Network tools such as (Firewall Analyzer| Wireshark| Netflow). MUST have knowledge in below criteria:

Adding/modifying rules Simplifying/optimizing firewall rules Configuring NAT and routing Remediating Firewall related audit finding Firewall log management Firewall log analysis with/without tools Defining firewall configuration and policy backup Taking firewall backups Troubleshooting firewall related issues Participating in MIM call Designing firewall solutions Monitoring firewall health Understanding of IOT devices used in manufacturing IDS/IDP administration Implementing sandbox features in firewall Understanding of SIEM/SOAR tool Able to work in pressure situation Good communication skills Performing IOS upgradation and applying hotfixes/service packs on firewall Implementing new firewall in greenfield/brownfield implementation Operations Skill Should be able to work in shifts and on call. Ability to participate in process definition for change management and problem resolution to support large-scale 7x24 systems operations. Should follow ITIL process and meet SLA accordingly.
