Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer with strong backend expertise in Golang (Primary) and frontend development using React (Secondary). The preferred candidate is expected to have hands-on experience with Azure cloud platforms and exposure to AI Tools or GenAI-driven solutions, contributing to scalable and intelligent application development in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Golang (backend) and React.js (frontend)

- Build high-performance backend services leveraging Go concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels)

- Develop responsive, modular, and reusable UI components using React

- Design and implement RESTful and event-driven APIs

- Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on Azure cloud services

- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases ensuring performance and scalability

- Ensure application security, performance, reliability, and code quality

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architecture, product, DevOps)

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Rally preferred)

- Contribute to AI/GenAI-driven features such as intelligent APIs, automation workflows, or copilots

- Follow CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices

Required Qualifications

- 5–6 years of experience in software development





- Robust backend expertise in Golang (Primary Skill)

- Hands-on experience in frontend development using React.js (Secondary Skill)

- Experience with Azure cloud (App Services, AKS, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, etc.)

- Solid understanding of microservices and distributed systems

- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)

- Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Good understanding of AI/ML or GenAI concepts (LLMs, APIs, basic integrations)

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AKS

- Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka or similar)

- Exposure to Azure AI services / model deployment

- Experience in integrating LLMs, prompt engineering, or RAG-based solutions

- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, App Insights, Grafana)

- Experience in enterprise or regulated domains (nice to have)
