Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

- Hands on Experience working in Core Java, JAVA 8, Hibernate, JPA, Spring boot, Rest API, Unit Testing Framework.

- Solid understanding of RESTful web services and microservices design patterns

- Understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns

- Must be able to Lead the Development Team and provide Technical Solution whenever required.

- Hands on experience on Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring Transactions.

- Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB and caching solutions Redis.

- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for building event-driven architectures

- Hands-on experience with Redhat Keycloak for SSO

- Familiarity with API gateway solutions like Kong for managing microservice communication and security

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

- Having Knowledge of Git, SVN, Maven, Jenkins CI/CD, SonarQube

- Experience with Linux, Windows
