- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced qualified to support enterprise data, reporting, and IT service management initiatives.
- The resource will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions leveraging Snowflake, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and ServiceNow, while ensuring adherence to ITSM best practices and organizational standards.

Essential Job Functions:

- Design, develop, and optimize data warehousing and analytics solutions using Snowflake.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.
- Develop, customize, and support applications, workflows, integrations, and automation within ServiceNow.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for advanced data analysis, data modeling, reporting, reconciliation, and business insights.
- Develop complex Excel-based solutions using advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and data automation techniques.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Support and enhance existing ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and governance frameworks.
- Participate in troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials.

Qualification:

Mandatory Skills and Experience

- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Platform.
- Advanced development and reporting expertise in Microsoft Power BI.
- Basic ServiceNow Development experience, including workflow development, scripting,



integrations, and platform customization.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
- Advanced formulas and functions
- Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts
- Power Query and Power Pivot
- Data analysis and reporting
- Dashboard creation and data visualization
- Data validation, reconciliation, and automation

- Practical experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes is mandatory.
- Experience working in enterprise IT environments and Agile delivery models.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Communication Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively engage with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management.
- Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and data integration tools.
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and best practices.
- Familiarity with automation, workflow orchestration, and process optimization.
- Exposure to IT Operations Management (ITOM) and reporting frameworks.

- Snowflake-based data models and analytics solutions.
- Power BI dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
- Advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and analytical models.
