We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD qualified to manage, configure, and optimize HR Service Delivery processes. You will work on ServiceNow IT Service Management to enhance HR workflows, automate tasks, and support HR service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage ServiceNow HRSD modules.
- Implement HR workflows, case management, and service catalog items.
- Support incident, problem, and change management within HRSD.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve processes and automation.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow HRSD.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
- Experience in workflow automation, reporting, and integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
