Technical Environment

- Proficiency with Linux/Unix command-line operations.

- Solid hands-on experience with DB2 and MySQL databases.

- Basic to intermediate scripting experience using Shell and Perl.

- Working knowledge of SFTP and basic Docker concepts.

Application Support and Operations

- Incident management is an important responsibility, including timely issue triage, escalation, coordination, web application support, and L2-level analysis and defect resolution.

- Hands-on experience with log analysis, dashboards, monitoring, alerting, and SOAP UI.

- Familiarity with application support tools such as Kibana, Splunk, Git, PuTTY, Tableau, Salesforce, Jira, Azure, DBeaver, and Postman.

- Development or software engineering background preferred.

Domain Knowledge

- Understanding of hospital or healthcare systems is preferred, including Materials Management, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.

Required Skills

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in an operations support role,



preferably within eCommerce or retail environments, with knowledge of purchase orders and invoices.

- Strong experience in incident management as a key role, along with onboarding, implementation, monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and application support tools.

- Expertise in reviewing application error logs and troubleshooting production issues.

- Understanding of UI behavior, cross-browser compatibility, batch jobs, message brokers, general web functions, and web standards.

- Solid understanding of how web applications work, including security, session management, and development best practices.

- Strong written and spoken English communication skills, along with quantitative and analytical ability.

- Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Collaborative team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to review, correct, and quality-check work quickly and accurately.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
