As part of the Technology Consulting -Business Applications - Oracle Practice team, we leverage opportunities around digital disruption, new age operating model and best-in-class practices to deliver technology enabled transformation to our clients

Responsibilities:

- racle CX Customer Data Management (CDM) Consultant

- Experience: 4+ Years

- Location: PAN India

- Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and implement Oracle CX Customer Data Management (CDM) solutions.

- Manage customer, organization, party, account, contact, and relationship data models.

- Configure duplicate identification, data cleansing, matching, and merge rules.

- Work on Oracle Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CX Integrations with ERP and third-party applications.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

- Support data migration, conversion, and data quality initiatives.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration consultants.

- Perform testing, user training, and production support activities.

- Required Skills





- Strong experience in Oracle CX Customer Data Management (CDM).

- Knowledge of Trading Community Architecture (TCA) concepts.

- Experience with Customer Hub, Data Quality Management, and Data Governance.

- Hands-on experience in data import/export, FBDI, SOAP/REST APIs, and web services.

- Experience in Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC) and CX applications.

- Understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is preferred.

- Experience in customer master data management and data migration projects.

- Preferred Qualifications

- Oracle CX Cloud implementation experience.

- Experience in end-to-end Oracle CX/CDM lifecycle projects.

- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Oracle certification in CX/CDM is an added advantage.
