We're looking for a Creator Intern in Kolkata (Reels & Video) ?

If you think in Reels, speak in cuts, and have an opinion about why that trending audio was overused three weeks ago, we might be looking for you.

At The Marketing Poet, we build content that actually means something for brands across lifestyle, D2C, fintech, and more. We're a small, intentional team and we're bringing in a Creator Intern in Kolkata who lives and breathes short-form video.

What you'll be doing

— Ideating and scripting Reels for TMP and our clients

— Shooting and editing short-form video content (phone-first, always)

— Keeping up with trends without being a slave to them

— Collaborating with the strategy and copy team to make content that converts, not just entertains

— Contributing ideas in brainstorms like your opinion matters because here, it does

You're probably a fit if you

— Have a positive eye and an even better instinct for what stops the scroll

— Are comfortable on both sides of the camera

— Know your way around CapCut,



Premiere, or whatever editing tool you've made your own

— Can take a brief and run with it, but also know when to ask the right questions

— Are based in or can work with our team in Kolkata
