You know how a product goes from “ready to ship” at an OEM’s factory to “safely delivered in our warehouse”?
You’re the person who makes that happen.
At Iconiq Wellness, we’re building the future of wellness with products like saunas, cold plunges, red-light therapy systems and more. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for an Import Manager who can take complete ownership of everything that happens between our OEM dispatching a product and that product landing safely in our warehouse.
If you love logistics, international trade, chasing people for updates, solving problems before they become problems, and making sure nothing gets stuck at a port for “just one more day” — we should talk.
What will you own?
Pretty much everything import-related.
From PO release → OEM dispatch → freight booking → CHA coordination → customs clearance → port movement → delivery → warehouse, you’ll own the entire journey.
Your day-to-day could include:
- Managing the complete import lifecycle for all Iconiq Wellness products.
- Coordinating with OEMs/vendors from PO release until the goods are dispatched.
- Tracking production readiness, packing, documentation and dispatch schedules.
- Coordinating freight bookings with shipping lines, freight forwarders and logistics partners.
- Managing all import documentation — invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO and other relevant documents.
- Working closely with our CHA/customs brokers for customs clearance.
- Ensuring accurate classification, documentation and compliance for imported products.
- Coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, ports, transporters and other logistics partners.
- Tracking shipments end-to-end and keeping internal teams updated on ETAs.
- Managing port/terminal activities and making sure shipments don't get unnecessarily delayed.
- Coordinating transportation from port/airport to the Iconiq warehouse.
- Keeping a close eye on demurrage, detention, storage and other avoidable costs.
- Troubleshooting when shipments get delayed, documents go missing, customs raises queries, vessels get rolled, or basically when logistics decides to test your patience.
- Maintaining accurate records of shipments, import costs, timelines, documents and vendor performance.
- Coordinating with Finance, Procurement, Warehouse and Operations wherever required.
- Identifying opportunities to reduce landed costs, improve timelines and make the import process smoother.
- Making sure every shipment reaches the warehouse on time, with the right documentation, at the right cost and without unnecessary drama.
What we're looking for You don't need to be a boring logistics robot.
We want someone who is:
- Hands-on and takes complete ownership.
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple people and companies at the same time.
- Excellent at follow-ups — because international logistics is basically 50% coordination and 50% follow-up.
- Good with documentation and numbers.
- Someone who notices when something doesn't look right.
- A strong problem solver who doesn't wait around for someone else to fix things.
- Comfortable dealing with OEMs, freight forwarders, CHAs, customs, shipping lines and transporters.
- Organised enough to track multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Good at communication and negotiation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growing company where things can change quickly.
Experience & skills
- 3–6 years of experience in import/export, international logistics, supply chain or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the import process in India.
- Experience working with CHAs, freight forwarders and customs clearance.
- Knowledge of import documentation and compliance.
- Experience handling sea and/or air shipments.
- Good understanding of freight, customs duties, port charges and other import-related costs.
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting tools.
- Experience with ERP/Tally/SAP or similar systems is a plus.
Bonus points if...
- You've imported machinery, equipment, electronics, appliances or other large/technical products before.
- You've dealt with imports from China or other international OEM markets.
- You can negotiate freight rates without breaking a sweat.
- You can look at a shipment tracker and immediately know what's stuck, who's responsible and what needs to happen next.
- You actually enjoy logistics. Yes, those people exist
Why Iconiq Wellness? We're not importing another random commodity.
We're building a category around wellness, recovery and performance, with products that are changing the way people think about health and lifestyle.
You'll get to work in a young, fast-moving environment, have real ownership, and play a key role in getting some seriously cool products from factories around the world into the hands of our customers.
If you're the kind of person who sees a shipment stuck at customs and thinks “Okay, let's figure this out” instead of “Not my problem” — we'd love to meet you.
