- Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic business partner by collaborating closely with Business Unit (BU) and Human Capital (HC) leadership to understand and respond to the changing needs and priorities of the business, developing HR strategies that align with and support business objectives.
- Proactively discuss and propose recent HR initiatives, policies, and processes to competency leaders in consultation with BU HC leaders and HC sub-teams.
- Identify critical roles within the competency and create robust succession plans for those positions to ensure business continuity.
- Lead and deploy the performance management agenda for the respective BU, including setting clear performance goals, administering appraisal processes, managing appraisal results, resolving employee queries, and fostering a performance-driven culture.
- Provide expert HR advice and recommendations to business leaders on employee performance plans, outlining measures, standards, and desired outcomes.
- Lead year-end moderation discussions for employee appraisals, ensuring fairness, non-discrimination, and consistency in ratings and promotions.
- Manage the annual compensation review processes in collaboration with the Total Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE), ensuring thoughtful alignment with cohesive, market-driven compensation philosophies.
- Guide and coach managers on conducting effective performance discussions with their teams, maintaining consistency across locations and SBUs.
- Implement and roll out HR policies, processes, plans,
and initiatives effectively, working alongside competency leaders and HC sub-teams.
- Manage and execute special HC projects within the business, partnering closely with business leaders.
- Conduct and analyze exit interviews to provide actionable insights and innovative solutions aimed at improving retention.
- Handle sensitive employee relations matters in compliance with organizational policies and procedures as outlined by the Office of General Counsel (OGC).
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR analytics dashboards automation to track critical HR metrics such as attrition rates, recruitment effectiveness, performance trends, and engagement levels, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Experience Required
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar HR Business Partner or HRBP role with a focus on business partnering.
Educational Qualification
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
