Position: Implementation Specialist
Purpose of the Role:To ensure effective implementation, monitoring, and quality assurance of the Digital Health program across assigned health facilities by conducting field visits, supervising implementation teams, capacity building, identifying gaps, and facilitating corrective actions.
Qualification & Competencies
Education:
MPH/MHA/MBA/PGDBM/MTECH/Social Work, or a related field.
Experience:1- 2 years of experience in public health, digital health, healthcare programs, or the social development sector, with demonstrated experience in field implementation, stakeholder coordination, training, and program monitoring.
Core Competencies:Solid understanding of digital health systems, healthcare workflows, data quality management, reporting and analytics, public health program implementation, monitoring and evaluation, training and capacity building, stakeholder management, field coordination, documentation, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Facility Assessment and Data Collection: Assess physical, IT, human resource, connectivity, and workflow readiness.
Infrastructure Setup and Implementation: Support and coordinate for deployment of IT and other requirements as part of the project
Training and Capacity Building: Assess training needs and organize trainings for relevant staff. Conduct refresher trainings, handholding, supportive supervision, and maintain training records.
Facility Monitoring and Oversight: Conduct regular facility visits to monitor workflows, compliance, and implementation. Identify gaps and provide on-site mentoring and corrective support.
Workflow Monitoring: Monitor and document registration, appointments, consultations, laboratory, pharmacy, referrals, follow-ups, and specialist services.
Data Quality Assurance: Conduct periodic audits to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
Identify, document, communicate, and support implementation of portal updates.
Community Outreach activities: Monitor KCD activities and provide training and support to frontline workers.
Supportive Supervision to PCM and PCC
Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with officials, facility staff, PCCs, PCMs, and other stakeholders for implementation and issue resolution.
Patient and Community Engagement: Gather feedback on service awareness, usefulness, and user experience. Collect testimonials, success stories, and community insights.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain observation checklists, trackers, training records, action plans, and program reports.
