About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Implementation Project Associate to manage the end-to-end setup, configuration, onboarding, and rollout of the Taqtics platform for new and existing clients.

You will work closely with clients to understand their operational requirements, configure the platform around their workflows, manage implementation timelines, conduct training sessions, and ensure successful adoption.

The role will involve managing Free Trials, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and full-scale implementations while coordinating closely with our Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.

What You’ll DoPlatform Setup & Configuration

- Understand client requirements, business processes, and operational workflows across industries
- Translate client requirements into structured platform configurations
- Configure Taqtics modules such as Checklists, Audits, Action Points, Assets, Training, and other operational workflows
- Build client-specific workflows and use cases within the platform
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams for custom requirements or technical dependencies
- Test configurations before client rollout

Client Onboarding & Rollout

- Manage project timelines for Free Trials, POCs, and full-scale rollouts
- Create and maintain implementation plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders during onboarding
- Lead platform training sessions for store teams, field auditors, managers,



and head office users
- Track implementation progress and proactively resolve blockers
- Ensure clients are prepared to successfully use the platform after rollout

Adoption & Handover

- Monitor early usage and engagement during Free Trials and initial implementation stages
- Identify adoption gaps and implementation challenges and work with clients to resolve them
- Document client workflows, configurations, requirements, and implementation details
- Prepare structured documentation and handover notes for the Customer Success team
- Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing account management

What We’re Looking For

- 3–6 years of experience in SaaS Implementation, Customer Onboarding, Project Management, Solution Consulting, or a similar client-facing role
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Strong ability to understand business processes and translate them into software workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in conducting client meetings, product walkthroughs, and training sessions
- Robust project management and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, or similar platforms

Good to Have

- Experience working with Retail, QSR, Restaurant, Hospitality, or other multi-location businesses
- Experience with process digitization or workflow automation platforms
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms involving Checklists, Audits, Compliance, Training, or Operations Management
- Previous experience managing software trials, POCs, or enterprise SaaS implementations
- Experience in requirements gathering or solution configuration
