: We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Immigration Filing & Backend Executive to assist with immigration documentation, filing, and day-to-day backend operations.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare, organize and maintain immigration-related documents. Assist in visa/immigration application filing and documentation. Enter and update client information accurately in company software/Excel.

Check documents for completeness and basic errors. Maintain proper records and filing of client documents. Coordinate with the internal team for pending documents and application requirements. Follow up on assigned cases and update their status.

Ensure all documentation is handled accurately and within timelines.

Requirements: Basic computer kno… Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets. Good typing and documentation skills. Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy. Valuable communication and coordination skills. Freshers can apply; training will be provided. Candidates with experience in immigration, visa processing, documentation or back-office work will be preferred.
