Role Description

Nexus Migration is hiring a full time, on-site Immigration Case Manager in Mumbai to handle end-to-end visa applications. The ideal candidate will manage Permanent Residency, work Permits and Visit Visas for countries like Canada, Australia, the UK, the NZ, and Europe. Daily duties include conducting eligibility assessments, collecting client documents, and preparing compliant application files.

You will serve as the primary point of contact to guide families and individuals through complex processes smoothly. This dynamic role requires strong communication skills, strict adherence to immigration rules, and accurate case tracking.

Qualifications

- Strong case management,



organizational, and time-management skills to handle multiple client files efficiently.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, data entry, and compliance with immigration requirements.
- Ability to learn and interpret immigration rules, procedures, and policies for multiple destination countries.
- Proficiency with office software and case management or CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in law, international relations, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in immigration consulting, legal services, or a similar client-facing role is an advantage.
- Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in managing sensitive client information.
