- Attendance incentive applicable for candidates completing 24 days of attendance in a month

1. Mixing Operator Job Purpose
To operate and monitor the mixing process in the production department while ensuring proper ingredient handling, product quality, safety and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor mixing machines as per production requirements.
- Follow the prescribed recipe and production process.
- Ensure correct quantity and sequence of ingredients/materials.
- Monitor machine parameters during the mixing process.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene around the production area.
- Identify and report machine abnormalities or production issues.
- Follow food safety, quality and workplace safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the Production Officer and other production team members.
- Maintain production records and follow company procedures.
- Ensure minimum wastage of raw materials.
- Follow rotational shift schedules, including night shifts, weekends and holidays when required.

- Basic understanding of manufacturing/production processes.
- Ability to operate machinery safely.

1. Packer Checker Job Purpose
To inspect, verify and monitor packed products to ensure correct quantity, packaging quality and compliance with company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Check packed products for quality and proper packaging.
- Verify product quantity, packaging condition and labeling.
- Identify damaged, defective or improperly packed products.
- Separate rejected or defective products according to company procedures.
- Monitor the packing process and report abnormalities.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area.
- Follow food safety and quality standards.
- Maintain required production/inspection records.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams.
- Minimize packing material wastage.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Work according to rotational shift requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to identify packaging defects.
- Basic understanding of quality checking.
- Good teamwork and communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
