Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Consultant (Fresher) role based in Noida.

The Immigration

Consultant will assist clients in understanding immigration pathways, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements for various countries. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting initial consultations, gathering and verifying client information, preparing and organizing application documents, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely submission of files. The role also involves staying updated on immigration rules and policy changes,



maintaining accurate records, and providing clear, professional communication to clients throughout the process. The consultant will support senior team members, respond to client queries, and contribute to a positive, service-oriented office environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess knowledge or strong interest in Immigration Issues, including basic understanding of procedures and common challenges.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Visas and Global Immigration processes, with the ability to learn country-specific requirements.
- Candidates should possess foundational awareness of Law related to immigration or willingness to quickly learn relevant legal frameworks.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills, including client communication, problem-solving, and a professional, service-focused mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional regional or foreign languages are an advantage.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage documentation accurately, and basic proficiency in MS Office and online research.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate in a team setting, and maintain high ethical and confidentiality standards.
