Role: SAP OTC/MM Functional Consultant

Location: Hyderabad, India – Onsite

Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA & ECC SD/MM, focusing on end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Handle sales orders, pricing, credit management, ATP, delivery, shipping, billing, and output management.
- Support integrations across SD, MM, WM, FI, as well as EDI, legacy ERP, and third-party logistics systems.
- Perform incident management, troubleshooting, RCA, and problem resolution within SLAs.
- Collaborate with ABAP, BASIS, middleware, and integration teams on interfaces, enhancements, reports, workflows, and jobs.
- Support UAT, regression testing, patch validation, change/release activities, and documentation.
- Identify recurring issues and drive process improvements and preventive solutions.
- Work with business stakeholders and provide global production support across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Must Have Skills:

- SAP S/4HANA & ECC SD
- Strong OTC/O2C functional experience
- SAP MM/WM/FI integration
- Legacy/3rd-party/EDI integrations
- Incident management & RCA
- UAT, testing, change/release support
- Robust production support experience
