- Good and expertise knowledge in RCM, Denials, and AR process(End to End).

- Candidate should know the feedback mechanism.

- Meet daily with Team leaders/Supervisor along with operations team to review previous day quality error trend.

- Work closely with current hires to identify error category and root cause analysis(RCA) and (CAPA) Corrective and preventive Actions.

- Ability to conduct Weekly error based training to operations team members along with Team Leader.

- Ability to conduct weekly/Monthly Quality Review Meeting with Management Team.

- Effective Email communication/reports will be the added advantage.

- Ability to conduct one-on-one session to Bottom Quartile performers.

Job Requirements

- 3+years of Accounts Receivable, Denial Management, Insurance Follow up and along with Actions in AR vertical.

- Strong knowledge of Medical Billing, A/R process and Revenue Cycle Management will be the added advantage.

- Candidate with client interaction experience and process transition experience will be added advantage.
