Job Title: HR Analytics / HR Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Analytics qualified responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to support strategic workforce and people-related decisions. The role involves preparing HR dashboards, analyzing employee trends, attrition, recruitment, performance, attendance, and workforce metrics.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, maintain, and analyze HR and employee data.
- Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports for management.
- Analyze attrition, headcount, absenteeism, employee turnover, and workforce trends.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Source-of-Hire.
- Monitor employee performance, productivity, engagement, and retention trends.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports and presentations.




- Develop dashboards using Advanced Excel and Power BI/Tableau.
- Work with HRMS and other systems to extract and validate data.
- Identify data trends and provide insights to support HR and business decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all HR reports.
- Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and management reporting.
- Automate repetitive HR reporting processes wherever possible.
