Role: IFS HR Consultant (Only HR - no Payroll)

- Implementation experience of at least 3-5 cycles
- Well versed with IFS10 & above
- 10+ Years of IFS experience in relevant module and version
- Ability to establish solution and implementation of the same
- Should be hand on Data/Field Mapping and Gap Analysis
- Should have implementation experience for T&A;, ESS, Expense Management,



Qualification and Training Management, Recruitment, Health and Safety
- Should be conversant with other cross functional knowledge integrating Projects and Finance
- Should be able to define standard process with respect to customer existing business process.
- Should have explicit understanding and hands on for Requirement Gathering, AS IS and To Be analysis, UAT and System testing, Gap Analysis and Fixes
- Should be capable of preparing Functional Specification and Test Scripts
- Basic Knowledge of SQL, PL SQL, Dotnet and Java is preferable
- Problem solving attitude/Client communications skills required
