About the Role

Ausweg Info Controls Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-oriented IIoT Sales Manager to drive business growth by promoting IIoT solutions, developing new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in IIoT and Industrial Automation
- Manage client relationships and understand customer requirements
- Present and demonstrate IIoT products and solutions to clients
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for solution delivery
- Negotiate with clients and support deal closure
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships

Skills & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Sales / Industrial Sales
- Experience in IIoT / IoT / Industrial Automation is preferred
- Strong understanding of IoT, IIoT, Automation, and Industrial Solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills




- Robust client-handling and deal-closing abilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Good business development and lead-generation skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business requirements
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven

Salary ₹7.2 LPA (₹7,20,000 per annum)

Depending on experience, skills, and performance.
