Qualifications:

- Experience Range: 4–8 Years

Must-Have:
- Experience with Fortra GlobalScape, JAMS, and GoAnywhere
- Strong experience in Client Sterling File Gateway, Integrator, Global Mailbox, and Control Center
- Experience in Client Sterling installation, upgrade, and configuration activities
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows command-line operations
- Ability to troubleshoot issues related to Client Sterling components, system issues, and network connectivity
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 support environment and provide on-call support

Positive-to-Have:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with global internal teams
- Good documentation skills
- Knowledge of Python or PowerShell scripting
